The identified problems, root causes, and corrective actions are described below:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"> Problem Description<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">During machine operation, the rear track roller exhibits damage\/failure.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Root Causes<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The test analysis reveals the following root causes:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1)The original bearing is a deep\u001egroove ball bearing, which can carry relatively high radial (vertical) loads, but cannot withstand lateral (axial) forces generated during machine turning over extended periods.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2)The track roller shaft drawing has no hardening requirement; its strength and hardness are insufficient for long\u001eterm service requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">III. Corrective Actions<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">To address the above issues, our company will implement the following corrective measures:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Replace ball bearings with tapered roller bearings. This bearing type provides superior load\u001ecarrying capacity: vertical (radial) load capacity is approximately 1.68 times that of ordinary ball bearings, and lateral (axial) load capacity-the key differentiator -is more than 10 times that of ordinary ball bearings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Add a hardness requirement of HRC 58\u201362 for the track roller shaft.
