The findings, root causes, and corrective action plans are presented as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1upprtb\" data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"495\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">I. Problem Description<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"497\" data-end=\"559\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Issue 1: The R18 model exhibits frequent track detachment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"697\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Issue 2: The R18 model exhibits deformation at the lower frame travel motor mounting location.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1mfc6sf\" data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"717\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">II. Root Causes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"771\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The test analysis reveals the following root causes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"1099\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Issue 1: In the early stages of the R18 model, the assembly dimensions between the rubber track and the track rollers, drive sprocket, and idler wheel were poor, with no fit standards in place. This caused the track to detach easily, and the design did not standardize fit clearances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1189\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Issue 2:<\/span><br data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1116\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(1) The structural strength at this location was insufficiently designed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1499\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(2) Excessive track tension caused continuous pulling force on the lower frame mounting location from the travel motor and drive sprocket. During operation, impact loads are superimposed, keeping this location in an overloaded state, ultimately resulting in deformation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"jt38dn\" data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1527\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">III. Corrective Actions<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1619\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">To address the above issues, our company will implement the following corrective measures:<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1799\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Issue 1: The idler wheel, drive sprocket, and track rollers have been re-matched with increased rim height, thickness, and gear tooth height.
