More Leads, Better Service: How RIPPA Supports Dealer Growth

Selling construction equipment requires more than competitive machines.

Dealers need customers. They need marketing support. And after the sale, they need parts and technical resources that allow them to serve those customers effectively.

This is why two important pillars of RIPPA’s dealer strategy are sales support and service support.

Together, they address the entire customer journey:

generate demand → help the dealer make the sale → support the customer after delivery.

Sales Support: Helping Dealers Reach More Customers

One of the biggest challenges for a growing equipment dealer is customer acquisition.

A dealer may have good products and excellent local relationships, but continuous lead generation requires significant marketing investment.

RIPPA plans to continue investing in international brand and product promotion across channels including:

  • Google;
  • YouTube;
  • Facebook;
  • TikTok;
  • industry exhibitions;
  • other digital and offline marketing activities.

For 2026, RIPPA’s dealer strategy identifies a marketing budget of approximately US$1.2 million.

The purpose of this investment is not simply to increase RIPPA’s own visibility.

An important part of the strategy is to generate customer demand that can support the local dealer network.

Where applicable, customer leads generated by the manufacturer can be routed to local dealers so that interested customers can receive local sales and service.

RIPPA also plans to support qualified dealers with local marketing activities such as showroom development, exhibitions and regional promotion.

Training is another part of the system.

Dealers need more than product brochures. Sales teams need to understand:

  • product positioning;
  • applications;
  • customer needs;
  • competitive selling points;
  • effective sales methods.

RIPPA therefore aims to provide product knowledge, marketing materials, sales guidance and practical cases that dealers can use in their own markets.

Service Support: Helping Dealers Support Their Customers

A machine sale creates a customer relationship that may last for years.

This makes after-sales service one of the most important factors in dealer success.

RIPPA is strengthening its parts network through warehouses in China, the United States and Europe.

According to the current dealer strategy, parts availability in the U.S. and European warehouses is targeted around a high local fulfillment level, helping reduce unnecessary international shipping when inventory is available locally.

The Odoo system can also help identify inventory and determine the most appropriate warehouse for fulfillment. When parts are unavailable at one location, supply can be coordinated through another warehouse.

The service responsibility model is equally important.

The dealer that sells the machine remains responsible for serving its customer locally, while RIPPA provides factory-level technical support and supervises the service process.

If a dealer encounters a problem that cannot be resolved locally, the case can be escalated to the factory through the digital service system.

RIPPA’s current service standard also calls for rapid factory response, including an initial response within approximately 10 minutes and the start of action within approximately two hours for submitted service cases.

The longer-term strategy also includes service-engineer certification for dealer technicians and further development of local service teams.

Sales and Service Must Work Together

Marketing may create the first customer conversation.

Service determines whether that customer trusts the dealer after the purchase.

That is why RIPPA views sales support and service support as two parts of the same system.

The objective is not simply:

help the dealer sell one more machine.

It is:

help the dealer acquire customers, close sales, support those customers and build a stronger local reputation.

That creates a healthier foundation for long-term dealer growth.
