Regarding the spontaneous combustion issues with the R10 and R319 Palitron models reported in market feedback, after testing and analysis by the RIPPA R&D Center, the discovered problems, causes, and solutions are explained as follows.:<\/span><\/p>\n

I. Problem Description<\/span><\/h2>\n

Issue 1: Spontaneous combustion problem in R10 BLTD models.<\/span><\/p>\n

Issue 2: Spontaneous combustion issue in the R319P BLTD model.<\/span><\/p>\n

II. Root Causes<\/span><\/h2>\n

The test analysis reveals the following root causes:<\/span><\/p>\n

Issue 1: The R10 BLTD right-hand valve pilot oil pipe doesn’t have a fixed route and can rest on the battery cable, which can wear down from vibration when the vehicle starts, leading to a short circuit and fire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Issue 2: The main switch battery cable and the fuel line of the R319P station BLTD model have interference points, and vibration during vehicle operation can wear down the insulation, causing a short circuit and fire.<\/span><\/p>\n

III. Corrective Actions<\/span><\/h2>\n

To address the above issues, our company will implement the following corrective measures:<\/span><\/p>\n

Issue 1\uff1a Standardize the fuel line routing: add clamps to the fuel tank mounts for the fuel lines and leave a safe distance between the fuel lines and the battery components.<\/span><\/p>\n

Issue 2\uff1a Adjust the power switch installation position: Extend the battery mounting plate by 30mm in total to leave a safe clearance after installation.<\/span><\/p>\n
