The identified problems, root causes, and corrective actions are described below:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>I. Problem Description<\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">During machine operation, fracture occurs at the connection between the slewing bearing mounting base and the lower frame.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>II.<span lang=\"en-US\"> Root Causes<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">The test analysis reveals the following root causes:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">During excavation operations, extreme vertical tensile forces and lateral shear forces are generated between the slewing bearing mounting base and the lower frame. The base plate thickness of 10 mm presents a risk of fatigue fracture over prolonged use.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>III.
